Making Creative Bets
"Are You Serious?" allows friends to place humorous bets where a person is challenged to achieve a specific feat - such as running a marathon. If the challenged person fails, they must face a funny penalty determined in advance.
Non-reciprocal Bets
Unlike traditional bets, there is no reciprocity here. The challenged person has nothing to lose but must face a consequence if they fail. This creates even more excitement and fun with the bet.
Legally Binding Contract
To make the bet official and binding, "Are You Serious?" offers the option to create a legally sound contract that both parties can sign. This contract documents the bet and protects both sides from unwanted changes or non-fulfillment.
