Behind Balane.
Balane Tech is an owner-led firm from Munich, founded in 2025. Two things are on offer: consulting that finds the bottleneck, and bespoke development that removes it. Work happens with mid-sized companies across the DACH region — remote and on-site, in short cycles, without an account manager between you and the execution.

More than ten years building software, CRM and AI for companies from startups to large corporations. Most mid-market projects are not really software projects: they sit between technology, psychology and business — and fall through as soon as only one of the three sides is considered.
Balane brings all three perspectives to bear at once, not sequentially. That is less a claim than a working method: first understand where things actually break, then decide whether software, a process change or a role definition is the right lever.

Three rules that hold for every project — regardless of scope or industry. If one of them does not fit, Balane is not the right partner. We prefer that over a badly matched project.

First results in two to four weeks. Weekly visible progress, no months in a black box. If you first see what has been built only after three months, you probably bought the wrong project.

Structured seven-day report that identifies the biggest bottleneck inside the company. Starting point is a one-hour conversation, output is a system map with prioritised bottlenecks and a concrete implementation plan.
