Behind Balane.

Balane Tech is an owner-led firm from Munich, founded in 2025. Work happens with mid-sized companies across the DACH region — remote and on-site, in short cycles, without an account manager between you and the execution.

One person runs the projects. No agency pyramid, no sales hand-over, no slide-deck pitch. That is the difference.

Founder. M.Sc. Digital Psychology, B.Sc. Business Psychology.

More than ten years building software, CRM and AI for companies from startups to DAX corporations. Most mid-market projects are not really software projects: they sit between technology, psychology and business — and fall through as soon as only one of the three sides is considered.

Balane brings all three perspectives to bear at once, not sequentially. That is less a claim than a working method: first understand where things actually break, then decide whether software, a process change or a role definition is the right lever.
