Sender Management
Each sales rep sends from their own email address with their own name, signature, and dedicated SMTP server. Recipients see a real person, not a generic company address. Sender rotation distributes volume evenly.
Templates & Placeholders
Over 30 dynamic placeholders for contact, company, sender and enrichment data. Every email looks like it was written by hand. Template preview and placeholder check before sending.
Reply Tracking
Replies are detected automatically. The sequence stops, the status updates, and the sales rep knows exactly what to do next. Per-lead status tracking with due date indicators.
GDPR & Do Not Contact
Three-level contact blocking: lead, contact, or company. Company blocks cascade to all contacts. Full audit trail with reasons. Legal compliance for European sales teams.
